I need an idea for a coffee group party. We have 12 friends that get together once a month and we live in a small town (1200 people) we get together at night so most of the store are closed. Could have to travel all over town. no real limits. We are b/t 25 and 38 yrs old.

Dog Days of Summer Luncheon

I need suggestions for an August ladies luncheon featuring the Dog Days of Summer. We are using a cute dog theme with funny dog pics from the internet on picks stuck into tissue stuffed tin buckets for table decor. Name tags will be printed on dog bone shaped cardstock. Table favors are custom wrapped Hershey bars with cute dog sayings and "Happy Tails" with dogs wagging tails on back of candy wrapper. We're using all bright summer colors.

What I need are some ideas for entertainment. Our group has previously had a veterinarian speak, also someone from the local animal shelter. Any other suggestions?

I have a dog trivia game I found on this website, but for a group of 35 women, that might be something we use on the table instead of as a game.

We have time to work on this, but I'd like to get started and my creative mind just isn't cooperating.

14th Birthday Dilemma!

Hello! .. So, my birthday is on February 28th.. today is the 13th.. i have no clue what i want to do :/

I was thinking house party and then keeping somepeople for the night? but my house is quite small and my parents are quite strict - most of my friends drink.. so the party would be quite lame without it tbh :/ ..

And i thought maybe hiring a hall out for a disco.. but then maybe i dont thing i would have enough people there to fill it :/ ... and a bit expensive to add on a dj :/ ...

Anyway im wanting people to stay over - all nighter and shizz ...

any ideas? or anyone able to help me convince my parents? xxxxx
